Dinah Washam23 April 2026PB Aluminum was a wonderful company to work with. From the start with Darren to the office - just an awesome experience. Everything was on time despite the bad weather. Kevin and Don (installers) were the best! They took our screened patio with old jalousie windows/doors and turned in to what code says is a now usable room with impact windows and doors. It is beautiful and I could not be happier. It is the perfect addition to our little beach house.Posted on Google

Danielle Miller16 February 2026Palm Beach Aluminum exceeded every expectation we had. They designed and built our lanai with an extended insulated roof, and the result is absolutely stunning. It looks like it was part of the original home—seamless, clean, and beautifully finished. What impressed us most was their attention to detail. Every measurement, every cut, every line of the structure is precise. The insulated roof keeps the space cool and comfortable, even in the South Florida heat, and the entire enclosure feels solid, secure, and built to last. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept us informed, answered every question, and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Their crew was punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. We now have a gorgeous outdoor space that we use every single day, and it has completely transformed how we enjoy our home. If you’re considering a lanai or screen enclosure, Palm Beach Aluminum is the company you want. Their quality, integrity, and workmanship are truly top‑tier. Highly recommend!Posted on Google

The workmanship is flawless, the communication was excellent, and everything was finished exactly the way I hoped. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of professionalism and quality, but Palm Beach Aluminum exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for the best in the area, Darren is your guy. Highly recommend!Posted on Google
Steve L8 December 2025We needed to have our old, tired patio screening replaced along with a roof added. My prior patio leaked all over the place and I was told I needed a brand new one. So they tore down the old one and built a new one, and said I shouldn’t have another issue for years to come! Today is the first real rainstorm of the season and my whole patio is flooded. It’s leaking from the whole top, from the seams at the bottom and from the windows. $20,000+ down the toilet!Posted on Google
Donna Artes30 April 2025Palm Beach Aluminum did an excellent job on pool screen enclosure. Very professional friendly company every step of the way starting with initial call for an appointment. Very impressed. The job was completed in a timely manner and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Palm Beach Aluminum.Posted on Google
Healthy Florida14 April 2025Haven't ordered yet but their tops on our list. We're looking to do our own install of hurricane windows. They have no problem with that. All the other suppliers require you to use their installers. As an ex-contractor I can get my own permit and do it ourselves. Great place to call They called right back with my quote. Didn't have to deal with a salesman coming to my house.Posted on Google
Melissa Candela19 March 2025Working with every single person at Palm Beach Aluminum was an absolute pleasure. We were able to get an estimate within 24 hours of calling, and Diane was an absolute pleasure to work with. Once we approved the estimate, working with the office was a smooth experience. The final measurements were taken less than a week after the estimate. Installation was 2 weeks to the day from the estimate. We were told our process went very fast and we were pleased to be the recipients of a timely process. The install crew was just as amazing as everyone else. We had a big project, and it took 2.5 days. Upon completion the inspection was promptly scheduled. The inspector complimented the work and was surprised to not find at least one screw missing, we passed inspection on the first time. If we need any aluminum work again, we will definitely be reaching out to Palm Beach Aluminum.Posted on Google
Jim Crowning18 March 2025Great family owned company our family has used them multiple times on different properties and every time the service and work has been outstandingPosted on Google
Ryan Daniello18 November 2024If I could give them 10 stars, I would! From quote to completion the process of getting my house upgraded to Impact Windows was flawless. First, I called and Darren came out 2 days later and quoted the job. I had the quote in hand the day after the he came by. After paying my deposit they said the windows would be 4-6 weeks out and they would install them soon after they came in. Well... 5 weeks passed and I got a call from their office saying my Windows cam in and they would like to install them the following week. The installation took 3 days from start to finish and everything looks great! I can say from personal experience that companies that run their operation this well are hard to find. Do yourself a favor and stop searching, because Palm Beach Aluminum should be your first choice!Posted on Google
Tamara Stanaland11 November 2024I can't say enough about the professionalism of Diane, Sales Representative. We had a previous screen company that caused damage to the condo unit and were kicked out of the condominium complex. Diane stepped in with skill and Palm Beach Aluminum beautifully completed a difficult project. Diane also kept in great contact, keeping me informed through the process. I highly recommend!Posted on Google
Paul Ricard29 October 2024WOW - The Team worked super efficient and effectively. Beautiful!Posted on Google
Amber Melton1 October 2024We had a storm destroy our previous enclosure, and palm beach aluminum was amazing replacing it! They were attentive, and gave us exactly what we were asking for. The pictures speak for themselves. The replacement has given us a better view, and the quality is clearly better than we started with. They handled all the paperwork, and the office staff was extremely helpful with moving the process along. We have an HOA and didn’t even have to bother. Extremely happy with the service and crew that came to fix our favorite spot. Thank you so much!Posted on Google
Rosa Leal31 July 2024I'm exceptionally satisfied with the new work Palm Beach Aluminum did on my screen enclosure and flat roof installation. 24 years ago the company replaced the screen enclosure. After 3 hurricanes and multiple storms, the screens were ripped off but the structure stood the test of time. The crew was excellent, timely and professional. I highly recommend them when looking for any screen modifications..Posted on Google
Andria Keene25 July 2024Palm Beach Aluminum built a beautiful patio for us! They handled all of the permitting with our hard-to-work-with city. Their time predictions were spot on from start to finish. Communications were easy and quick. Workmanship, excellent. They even provided recommendations for roofing and fan installation. When the summer rains started, we had a couple of places that were catching water and they came out quickly to fix these areas. Our patio has given us a wonderful place to gather with family and enjoy our backyard bug-free and in the cool shade. We highly recommend this company.Posted on Google
Edward Wilhelms6 May 2024Great local company; I've used them twice for accordion shutters and plan on using them for a patio project in the future.Posted on Google

Ed Casillas5 January 2024I recently hired Palm Beach Aluminum to install a screen porch and an insulated roof, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Juan's (and the 2 other gentlemen) professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. The craftsmanship displayed by Juan and his team was top-notch. They efficiently completed the installation, paying great attention to detail. Additionally his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly stands out. A huge thank you to Juan and PBA for their exceptional service and for turning our vision into reality!Posted on Google
Casey Southall22 December 2023From the beginning, Diane has been communicative, patient, and helpful. I always felt I could call her with questions, and she always took the time to speak with me. I’m so grateful that she even pushed to get the install done before Christmas! Our whole family loves the new pool enclosure, especially our kitty cats! We highly recommend!Posted on Google
Kathy Hoerbinger7 December 2023From my initial call to the completed product, I could not be happier! Our new, bronze pool screen enclosure is such an upgrade to our home I cannot stop looking at it. It actually was installed ahead of the projected timeline by such an incredibly skilled and respectful staff of contractors. We highly recommend Palm Beach Aluminum!Posted on Google
Keagan Callanan9 October 2023These guys are great. Great service from a local family biz throughout the entire process (service desk, estimate consultation, installation). As someone with plenty of South Florida contractor horror stories, I was blown away at the professionalism and stress free way of doing business that PBA conducts themselves with. My hurricane shutters look great and I would gladly recommend PBA to friends, family, and randos like you on google reviews.Posted on Google
Colleen Wright1 February 2023I am unbelievably happy with my new screen enclosure. It is exactly what I wanted and totally worth the wait. Darren was a little hesitant in the beginning because I had a very specific design vision and a long HOA approval process to get through but it turned out perfectly. The entire team had excellent communication every step of the way, the installation was fast and clean, and a minor repair/correction was completed immediately without issue. I would highly recommend PB Aluminum and I can’t wait to use them again for future projects.Posted on Google
Pierre Turgeon8 December 2022They did her new Florida room and we are so happy about the job thanks for Palm Beach AluminiumPosted on Google
Diane Krone28 October 2022Palm Beach Aluminum replaced our patio screen enclosure. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The quality of the materials and workmanship is good as was the timeline for completing the work. We recommend them.Posted on Google
Elvis Miller8 October 2022I came to “PBA” two years after contracting with another patio enclosure company which did not survive the Pandemic. That company took a large sum to start the project not sure if that company planned to complete the project but left my patio in complete disarray, PBA’s staff righted their wrongs at no additional cost to me; saving me thousands! PBA completed the project within a month vs 2 years I waited for the prior contractor. My family and I now enjoy a state of the art patio design. Thanks sooo much, “Lady Di” and the staff at Palm Beach Aluminum. You are truly Family! ———-Elvis & Elaine Miller, RPB,FLPosted on Google
mindy shemtov22 September 2022Absolutely wonderful company to work with! From beginning to end I was informed about the process and time frame of the project. Diane was awesome to work with. I highly recommend this company!Posted on Google
Rosa Keip2 May 2022Diane from the office was amazing. She kept me updated and was responsive to all my calls and emails. They showed up on time, they kept the area clean and advised me once we were done. You don't get customer service like this anymore in most places. I would rate them higher than 5 if I could.Posted on Google

Irma Oliver20 August 2021Very professional. Had them come out for quote on a very large screened in patio. Diane was so very helpful and so down to earth. Every question was answered and the final result was just what we requested. Would definitely recommend this company.very happy with ending result.Posted on Google
Dave Gillespie18 August 2021PBA recently installed a roof and screen enclosure on out patio. We are more than delighted with the result. They elevated the height above the existing small roof, and we now have a spacious new room protected from sun and insects, with an 8.5 ft ceiling. They were clearly experts at building these rooms, and recommended several features we would not have known to request. They also handled all permitting and inspections, and knew exactly how to work with our HOA. We really cannot think of a single element of the job that they could have done better.Posted on Google
Jason Laskey29 July 2021Called this company today. The woman who picked up the call was not at all interested. She just cut me stone dead with we are backed by 20 weeks. She had no interest in taking to me. So i said ok thank you and hung up. I guess they are not interested in future orders.Posted on Google
Carmen Laserna29 June 2021Very pleased with job done 😉 I really recommend this company for screen enclosure and shutters accordion window .Posted on Google

Tonya17 December 2020Great company! From the estimate to installation they were professional, extremely helpful and efficient. I had a combination of hurricane accordion shutters, panels and fabric installed due to the diversity of my home windows and doors. I highly recommend them.Posted on Google
will 513 December 2020Exceptional! From start to finish. This is a local family run business. We had our screened enclosure installed last week and we couldn’t be happier. Darren and Charlene and all of the staff at Palm Beach Aluminum were professional, courteous and detailed. If your in the market for hurricane shutters, screened enclosures and impact windows, then this is your company! Thank you WN.Posted on Google
Rob Shafran11 September 2020Diane from Palm Beach Aluminum was a delight to work with and made the process easy and seamless. We suffered heavy damage to our Lanai/Pool enclosure and they removed the old white one and rebuilt us one that is far more stable and unbelievably beautiful compared to any we've seen in Florida. The "picture window" to the Golf Course is stunning. The installation team was fast, efficient and top notch. Even the WPB building inspector was impressed withthe build quality. We are more than 100% satisfied with the Quality and cost and recommend Palm Beach Aluminum to anyone looking for a professional job without comprimise.Posted on Google
C Wilk24 August 2020I have not be able to work with this company, but the interaction with the receptionist has not been pleasant during the two times that I have called to Inquire on services. Both times that I called I was told that they couldn't come out for various reasons(over booked, shortage of staff etc) Once I inquired on scheduling an appointment for a fence quote and never received any type of follow-up..Maybe it's a sign from God that I need to look elsewhere.Posted on Google
Gerald Downey26 June 2020We were thoroughly pleased with Palm Beach Aluminum's installation crew, and with the accordion shutters they installed (of course, we haven't had a hurricane yet, but we're sure they'll do their job when needed). We practiced closing and opening one set of shutters, and it's pretty easy. Of course, the crew showed us how to open, close, lock, unlock, and strap the shutters. Palm Beach Aluminum's crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They practiced social distancing as best they could, and their work appears to be top-notch. And, should we run into any problems, we're sure Palm Beach Aluminum will stand behind their work and their products. They are very responsive and easy to work with on the phone. We would strongly recommend Palm Beach Aluminum to anyone looking for hurricane shutters.Posted on Google
Janna Johns16 June 2020From the first call to the final installation, I had the best experience with Palm Beach Aluminum. They responded quickly and walked me through the paperwork step by step. The shutters look fantastic and easy for me to open and close. A great experience for something that I kept putting off as I didn't even know where to begin.Posted on Google
Jessica McGillicuddy3 June 2020One of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. The woman at the desk is so horribly rude, they are disorganized and overbook. I used them for a very large job last April - a new fence and new birdcage over my patio. They were very attentive until they received the deposit. During the process of the jobs completion, they were rude in answering questions and still have not come back to fix a cable that has snapped unattached many times. Today I reluctantly called again to schedule the removal of screen panels in July so my house can be fumigated for termites. The horrendous woman at the desk said they are overbooked with accordion shutters and this is their peak season so they can’t schedule me. I’m not asking anyone to do anything for free and last I checked, my money is just as green. I am regretful that I did not give my business to a small town operation who was priced a little higher. If you enjoy dealing with rude people who fully lack any sense of customer service, then Palm Beach Aluminum is for you.Posted on Google
Ed Burns28 March 2020Palm Beach Aluminum’s presentation for accordion shutters was the most comprehensive and informative of those we interviewed. They had samples of their hardware, and the representative was very knowledgeable about solving problems with some of our doors to be shuttered. They worked with us on price and made our installation affordable. The project was completed faster than we expected, and we’re very happy with the results. Shuttering our home will now take minutes instead of hours, eliminating a lot of stress for us. Thanks Palm Beach Aluminum!Posted on Google
Robert Orenstein20 February 2020The two men who worked on my screening project were very friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Palm Beach Aluminum to anyone I know interested in screening. Thanks for a super job.Posted on Google

Tom Miller27 November 2019Did a good job until the end. When asked to send someone out to remove handprints and smugges from the aluminum members that were unsightly they told me that they don’t do that and that I should do it myself. Come on guys. A senior citizen should get on a 12’ ladder to remove their employees handprints. Duh! Not good customer service.Posted on Google
andyrub4721 November 2019Palm Beach Aluminum did a terrific job replacing my old screen enclosure. They followed up consistently and re-engineered the design to make it better than the original. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of an extensive project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PBA.Posted on Google

dee mennine26 October 2019Do not use this company. They botched the rebuilding of my screen room so bad the town fined them. And one of the workers called the police because he misplaced the permit. I really don’t know what he thought the poor cop was going to do because after all this guy was the one responsible for the permit. This company actually tried to use old aluminum!!!! I felt bad for the inspectors they had asked me where did you find this company?! Yes I wrote the review for the right company. Sorry you are denying it.Posted on Google

Marc Theaman17 September 2019Buyer Beware This is a company that is prompt to give you an estimate and then never calls you back after you give them your deposit. You will have no idea if and when they will actually do the job. And when you call them, they tell you they’ll call you back and they don’t. This includes the office staff and the owner Terry Gelsomino. They have had my $2500 deposit for 7 weeks. I just called them and told them I wanted my deposit back. If they don’t care about their customer, why would anyone do business with them. I will provide an update to let everyone know how they handle this now. What a waste of time and what a disgrace. There are plenty of companies out there that actually do install screen enclosures. This one just takes your money.Posted on Google

Outofthebox Packaging11 September 2019Best service and prices I found. I called for them to look at my old shutters and they offered a very reasonable rate for redoing them - I also am going to do redo my doors now after I saw what they offered. Cant be too safe after seeing the devastation in the Bahamas....Thanks to Diane...Posted on Google

Nathan Flynn6 April 2019This company contacted me when I applied for Ygrene and seemed very eager to give me a quote for impact windows. When the contractor came he asked how much I was approved for and must base his estimate on this amount. After getting several other quotes, his quote was $19,800, I was able to get the same products from someone else that didn’t know I was a Ygrene customer for $12,000. Makes me think that they inflate the prices because they know you are using A PACE program, not a GOOD business practice in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE with this company if they are using any PACE PROGRAMS!!Posted on Google
Stacey Lackemann22 March 2019Palm Beach Aluminum is professional and excellent to work with. From the receptionist, Stacy, to the sales rep, Diane and her thoroughness, kindness and knowledge is why we went with Palm Beach Aluminum. Diane really made me feel like my best interest was at heart. Always accessible for questions or concerns. Fair pricing and EXCELLENT work!Posted on Google
DAVID BRIGGS8 February 2019Palm Beach Aluminium agreed on pricing for a pool enclosure then 4-5 weeks later sent me wrong blue prints to sign off on. When I spoke to Darren he came out to take another set of measurements, blamed everything on the employee that originally came out to my house and gave me the original quote. Darren raised the price $4,100 and told me that he he is doing it at cost when I told him that I was not going to pay more then our agreed contracted price he said that he is not in the business of giving things away for free. The original agreed price was $23,900 for a 19' tall pool enclosure and almost 5 weeks later when they are supposed to get the permits they sent me plans for a 12' tall enclosure. Very disappointed in Palm Beach Aluminium.Posted on Google
Ryan Gornall19 December 2018Great and easy company to deal with! Very happy with my driveway overhang they built for my boat. Took a couple months to do the project but I was told that up front and they finished it in 1 day.Posted on Google
Julia McGriff12 December 2018Palm Beach Aluminum did an AMAZING job on my custom fence! It’s just gorgeous and it even turned out better than I expected. The men that put the fence in were very professional and completed the entire fence in only one day. I get so many compliments from neighbors on how pretty it is. I could not be any happier. Darren, Charleen, Stacey and the crew give top notch service. I will be calling them again for Accordian Hurricane Shutters as well. Very pleased😊Posted on Google

Brendan Joyce23 February 2018This company didn't show up for two appointments to schedule an estimate. I had scheduled an estimate a couple of weeks ago and got the soonest appointment available which was yesterday. When noone showed up for that appointment, I called after the appointment window had closed, no pun intended, and was told I would get a call back. That call informed me that no, the appointment was for the next day. I keep a complex schedule with lots of appointments, meetings, etc. and my business relies on me keeping track of my appointments. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite both remembering the call when we discussed the appointment and having it on my calendar. Sure, it is possible that I made a mistake. So we rescheduled for this morning. I just got a call, 35 minutes before the appointment, that they would not be coming out. The soonest they can come out would be next Tuesday. I've already stayed home two consecutive mornings to accommodate their schedule. This is disprespectful of my time.Posted on Google
Anene Nnolim10 July 2017Palm Beach Aluminum did approximate $24,000 screen enclosure work for me, with one year warranty. The work quality is good. The installers are very skilled. I am pleased with the quality of the work. However, their after-work service is terrible. Four months after installation I noticed a minor problem with the gutter attached to the enclosure. This minor problem could easily be fixed in about 20 minutes. I called the office mid June. They said someone will call me back. I didn't hear from anyone. I called again end of June. I was told the guys were very busy and someone will call me back soon. It's 2nd week in July. I haven't heard from anyone yet. Today I called again, almost one month after my initial call. I was told the person that will be calling me back has several big projects he is involved in, and they will send my message to him again. Of course, the person on the phone ended our discussion with the usual customer service language that doesn't solve the problem "...we are sorry...". I am still waiting.Load moreShowing our latest reviews
