I am unbelievably happy with my new screen enclosure. It is exactly what I wanted and totally worth the wait.
Darren was a little hesitant in the beginning because I had a very specific design vision and a long HOA approval process to get through but it turned out perfectly. The entire team had excellent communication every step of the way, the installation was fast and clean, and a minor repair/correction was completed immediately without issue.
I would highly recommend PB Aluminum and I can’t wait to use them again for future projects.

I came to “PBA” two years after contracting with another patio enclosure company which did not survive the Pandemic. That company took a large sum to start the project not sure if that company planned to complete the project but left my patio in complete disarray, PBA’s staff righted their wrongs at no additional cost to me; saving me thousands! Diane from the office was amazing. She kept me updated and was responsive to all my calls and emails. They showed up on time, they kept the area clean and advised me once we were done. You don't get customer service like this anymore in most places. I would rate them higher than 5 if I could.
