Darren was a little hesitant in the beginning because I had a very specific design vision and a long HOA approval process to get through but it turned out perfectly. The entire team had excellent communication every step of the way, the installation was fast and clean, and a minor repair/correction was completed immediately without issue. That company took a large sum to start the project not sure if that company planned to complete the project but left my patio in complete disarray, PBA’s staff righted their wrongs at no additional cost to me; saving me thousands! PBA completed the project within a month vs 2 years I waited for the prior contractor. My family and I now enjoy a state of the art patio design.
